Architect Enquiry
Heddon Builders carries out numerous projects where we have provided a competitive tender and the Architect supervises the projects. The contracts with these Architects are by using the ABIC SW-1 2002 Simple Works contract where we have provided a lump sum price to carry out the works.
We have also been contracted to do work on a cost plus basis with a supervising Architect. All of our tenders are priced by our long established sub-contractors and also by an independent quantity surveyor. We then put together a full list of tender queries to be answered by the Architect before formulating our tender, which gives our Clients' Architects a very competitive quotation.
